This group is passionate about uplifting our St. Louis Region, and they each use their unique platforms to empower others to get involved and give back. Read their bios to learn more about them and follow the journey by connecting with them on social media.

Meet Our Ambassadors

Travis Feeney

Travis Feeney is a standout outside linebacker for the St. Louis Battlehawks and one of the UFL’s most explosive edge rushers. A University of Washington alum and former NFL Draft pick, he has been a defensive cornerstone since joining the team in 2023, consistently ranking among league leaders in sacks and tackles for loss.

Off the field, Feeney is a leader in community service, earning the 2025 UFL Sportsman of the Year award for his hands-on involvement in volunteer efforts. He donated his award grant to the United Way of Greater St. Louis and remains deeply committed to supporting youth, veterans, disaster relief, and cancer awareness—proving his impact extends well beyond the field.

Kesha Kent

Kesha Kent, BA, MAOL, DTM, is an Organizational Development professional, Learning Leader, emcee, speaker, and talent strategist with more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, legal, nonprofit, education, and corporate environments. As a Club Growth Director within Toastmasters International, she is passionate about leadership development, communication, employee engagement, and building authentic relationships that empower people to grow. Known for her high energy, impactful storytelling, and people-first leadership style, Kesha brings passion and purpose to every stage she steps on because, as she says, “I love to move the crowd.”

Devon Moody

Devon Moody, MBA is an International business strategist, community and ecosystem builder, and founder of The 89th Collective. She is committed to helping underrepresented entrepreneurs turn vision into viable businesses. With over 17 years of experience in strategic consulting, business development, partnership creation, and community innovation, she has supported entrepreneurs, helped them to secure over $4 million in capital. 

As a Business Counselor with the Missouri SBDC, Devon provides no-cost business training and advising to founders across the St. Louis region. She was recognized as the 2024 Rookie of the Year for her commitment to client service and entrepreneurial impact.

Devon is also the founder of The 89th Collective, the first coworking and innovation-focused business hub initiative in East St. Louis, focused on creating access, visibility, and economic mobility for emerging founders through partnerships, programming, and ecosystem activation. Her work sits at the intersection of business, innovation, culture, and community building spaces where strategy meets legacy.

Dsmoovee Shabazz

Harlem-born, St. Louis-made, Dsmoovee Shabazz is more than an emcee; he’s a whole vibe. A culture connector, crowd controller, and unforgettable voice on the mic, Dsmoovee has become the most iconic emcee in the city by creating moments people talk about long after the lights cut off. From rocking major festivals and community events to bringing electric energy to every stage he touches, he knows how to turn a crowd into an experience. You can also catch him hyping up the city as the official in-game host for the Gateway Grizzlies — where the vibes stay high, and the energy never drops. Whether it’s music, culture, fashion, or community, if Dsmoovee’s on the mic… It’s going to be the most memorable experience.

STLMade

STLMade, an initiative of Greater St. Louis, Inc., is a celebration of a region that insists on moving forward by bringing people and ideas together in bold ways that make this a place where you can start something, get the support to stand out, and stay and make St. Louis yours. It’s supported by a region-wide collaboration of residents, local leaders, institutions, businesses, and nonprofits helping to tell our story. 

Sean “Scooda” Thomas

Sean “Scooda” Thomas is a radio personality, television host, content creator, motivational speaker, husband, father, and community advocate based in St. Louis, Missouri. Known for his positive energy and passion for people, Scooda uses his platform to inspire, inform, and connect communities through media, entertainment, and service.

As the Midday Host on BOOST Radio, host of Praise 365 TV, and an active presence at community events across the region, Scooda has built a reputation for uplifting others and creating meaningful impact. Grounded by his faith, family, and commitment to serving others, he strives to encourage people from all walks of life to pursue purpose, build meaningful connections, and make a positive difference where they are. Most recently, Scooda rallied thousands of St. Louis fans as the In-Game Host for the St. Louis Battlehawks football season. Scooda looks to bring energy in every area he steps foot in.

Whether behind a microphone, on stage, or in the community, Scooda’s mission remains the same: to bring people together, spread hope, and inspire positive change.
